Hoomara is the founding team of Notiva, an AI-native financial operating system we shipped from first line to production. We are part of the Multroid family, based in Germany, working across the DACH region.
Why we exist
Most AI in finance is decoration.
We watched capable financial companies bolt chatbots onto legacy systems and call it transformation. Nothing underneath changed. The judgment that made them trustworthy was still trapped in the same slow, manual operations.
So we built Notiva to prove the alternative: a financial platform that is agentic and AI-native from the core out, where human judgment is encoded and carried forward rather than replaced. Hoomara exists to do that inside other financial companies, embedded in their teams, and then to leave.
